PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

CMM products are offered subject to availability. Certain products may be produced or released in limited quantities and may sell out.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, details, sizing, and photographs. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or display.

We reserve the right to modify products, pricing, availability, or product descriptions when necessary.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order with CMM, you agree that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or product availability. If CMM cancels an order after payment has been received, the appropriate refund will be issued.

SHIPPING

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.

CMM uses Priority Mail, which typically provides an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days after carrier acceptance. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are separate from CMM's processing period.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please contact moe.richard@comcast.net as soon as possible if you discover an error with your order information.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact CMM as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, CMM's branding, logos, original designs, photographs, graphics, videos, written content, and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by or used with permission by CMM.
